Product Descriptions:
We don’t knowingly misrepresent any product we sell, if we don’t know something about it, we state ‘Unknown’ rather than make something up. In fact, we are so sure that our descriptions are accurate, that we offer a 14 day Money-Back Guarantee if you are not entirely satisfied with the product(s) you receive (this does not affect your statutory rights). Please do bear in mind the described condition of items when considering your purchase. More information on refunds can be found here.

Photo Representations:
Most photos on this site are taken by ourselves and and whilst we endeavour to reproduce photos that are faithful to the true colours, it is not always possible to obtain perfect accuracy and would ask that this is borne in mind when making your purchase.

Delivery:
Orders are subject to acceptance by Motoring Miniatures and to availability of goods. Shipping costs will be those as quoted at the time of making payment for the order unless subsequently agreed otherwise with the customer.

Returns:
14 Day Money Back Guarantee (not applicable to business customers)

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. But if you are not, you can cancel your purchase at any time either before despatch or within 14 days after receipt.
Prior To Despatch - If you wish to cancel an order prior to despatch, then you must notify us via email or telephone (must be followed up by confirmation in writing) as soon as you can after placing your order. If your order has already been despatched, then postal costs to your address, and return postal costs can not be refunded.
Upon Receipt - You will have 14 days after delivery of your goods to return them if you so wish. You must notify us via email or telephone before making any returns. Returned goods must be accompanied by the original receipt and written details of why you are returning them. We regret we are unable to refund postal charges and it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us. For all returns, your goods, must be complete and in the same condition in which they were received, i.e. as described and unmarked.
Damaged in Transit - Claims for damages sustained in transit should be made to ourselves within 2 working days of the goods arriving.
Lost in Transit - If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 7 days of the date of dispatch, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us via email or telephone (must be followed up by confirmation in writing) of the problem within 7 days of the date on which they were dispatched.
You cannot cancel your purchase when you have used, damaged or marked the item and/or the 10 day return period has expired.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the order being cancelled. Please note: for payments made by cash, postal order, or cheque, a cheque refund will always be provided.

Return of Faulty Goods Within 28 Days

Where a fault occurs within 28 days (14 days for business customers) of delivery, we will offer either a replacement for an identical item, an item of similar value, or a full refund (less postage costs).
You must notify us via email or telephone (must be followed up by confirmation in writing) before making any returns.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product MUST be supplied with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
This guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Where goods are refunded due to a fault or other defect, we will refund delivery charges and cover the cost of return.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the order being cancelled. Please note: for payments made by cash, postal order, or cheque, a cheque refund will always be provided.

Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
we do not deliver to your area; or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 5 days of our notification of cancellation to you. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Motoring Miniatures do not and will not share any of you personal information with third parties. Your privacy and security is of the utmost importance to us.
The information we collect from you when you purchase from us, is solely used for the purpose intended within this website. For example, processing of orders etc.
