Aprilia 250 Nastro Azzurro, Valentino Rossi - Assen GP 1998

This Minichamps 1/12 scale model is of the Aprilia 250 Nastro Azzurro raced by Valentino Rossi in the 1998 Assen GP.

Made from diecast metal with plastic and other material parts it measures approximately 16.5cm (6.5 inches) in length and features working suspension.

Supplied in a hinged Classic Bike Collection cardboard presentation box with a brief history of the bike inside the lid, the model comes complete with its own paddock stand to keep the bike upright when on display.

OUR OPINION:  Minichamps are the market leaders when it comes to motorcycle models and it is easy to see why.  Their attention to detail and finish is first class with nice sharp castings, good quality materials that look realistic and excellent paint and decal finishes.  Most of the bike models even have brake lines and cabling for that extra bit of authenticity.  As yet, there are no finer motorcycle models in the 1/12 to 1/9 scale ranges.
