This Trofeu 1/43 scale model is of the Alpine Renault A110 1800 driven to second place by Ove Anderson and co-driver Jean Todt in the 1973 Rally Monte Carlo.
Made from diecast metal and other material parts, this accurate scale model for collector's measures approximately 9cm (3.5 inches) in length and is presented ready to display on a plastic plinth under a clear acrylic top, but may easily be removed if preferred.
Our Opinion:Trofeu models are manufactured in Portugal to highly intricate standards of detail, in particular to their plastic parts.Whilst the overall quality of finish is very good and improving all the time, Trofeu models are not the most robust and do require handling with extra care if removed from their cases.Treated in this way, they will be a perfect addition to any collection.
