When will my order be despatched and arrive?
We aim to despatch all orders received before 1 pm on the same day (Mo-Fr), orders received after that time will be despatched the next working day. If for any rare reason we are not able to meet this target, we will notify you immediately.

Delivery to addresses in the UK should be 1-5 working days and next working day for Special Delivery. Overseas delivery times vary on destination, but are generally 3-7 working days.

Will my model be packed securely?
Yes, we pride ourselves on our packaging service. Each models box (with the model inside) is wrapped in acid free tissue paper to prevent contamination from other packaging materials. Where appropriate we may also use bubblewrap and/or corrugated cardboard before packing models in an oversized mailing box and filling any void with biodegradable packing chips, . The outside of the box is securely sealed with packaging tape and marked 'Fragile'
Finally the box is clearly labelled with your delivery address and our return address.

Do you ship World-wide?
We are pleased to despatch to addresses in nearly all countries. However, if your country is not listed as you enter our shopping cart, we regret we can not ship there.

Which delivery company do you use?
We mostly use the Royal Mail, however, on occasions we may use a courier company where we deem it appropriate.

Will I have to be in to receive my order?
It is important that someone will be available to accept your parcel as many require a signature and all are too large for post boxes. This is not just for security, but it stops parcels being left in inappropriate places where they may get damaged.
