We understand how you would like to receive your models as quickly as possible and for that reason, orders received before 1pm (UK local time) Monday - Friday will be despatched the very same day.  Orders received after 1pm and at weekends will be despatched the next working day. If in the event we are out of stock of an item we will contact you by phone or email as soon as we can.

Delivery Charges - International

A weight based system is used for shipping to all overseas addresses.  Simply add your required models to the shopping cart and the shipping cost will be automatically calculated for you when models are added or removed.  As a rough guide, approximate international delivery charges by airmail are as follows:

14 Day Money Back Guarantee (not applicable to business customers)

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. But if you are not, you can cancel your purchase at any time either before despatch or within 14 days after receipt.

• Prior To Despatch. If you wish to cancel an order prior to despatch, then you must notify us via email or telephone (must be followed up by confirmation in writing) as soon as you can after placing your order. If your order has already been despatched, then shipping costs to your address, can not be refunded and it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us.
• Upon Receipt. You will have 14 days after delivery of your goods to return them if you so wish. You must notify us via email or telephone (must be followed up by confirmation in writing) before making any returns. Returned goods must be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt and written details of why you are returning them. We regret we are unable to refund postal charges and it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us. For all returns, your goods, must be complete and in the same condition in which they were received, i.e. as described and unmarked.
• Damaged in Transit. Claims for damages sustained in transit should be made to ourselves within 2 working days of the goods arriving.
• Lost in Transit. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 7 days of the date of dispatch, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us immediately via email or telephone (must be followed up by confirmation in writing) of the problem.

You cannot cancel your purchase when:

• you have opened, damaged or marked the goods
• the 14 day return period has expired

Return of Faulty Goods Within 28 Days

Where a fault occurs within 28 days (14 days for business customers) of delivery, we will offer either a replacement for an identical item, an item of similar value, or a full refund (less postage costs).

You must notify us via email or telephone (must be followed up by confirmation in writing) before making any returns.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product MUST be supplied with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
This guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Where goods are refunded due to a fault or other defect, we will refund delivery charges and cover the cost of return.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the order being cancelled and the returned goods having been received by us. Please note: for payments made by, postal order, or cheque, a cheque refund will always be provided.

The foregoing in no way affects your Statutory Rights and all goods offered by the company will meet the obligations under consumer protection laws including: The Sale of Goods Act 1979, The Supply of Goods & Services Act 1982, The consumer Credit Act 1974, The Trade Descriptions Act 1968, The Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the 1999 Regulations, The Consumer Protection Act 1977, The Data Protection Act 1998, The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (amended 2005).
