Even though a model may be out of stock, where we feel there is a very good possibility of getting further supplies within 2 - 12 weeks, we would be pleased to accept your back-order.

Back-ordering your models is easy. When browsing our product descriptions simply click the ‘Order’ button to place the models you require into your shopping cart, then complete your contact details along with registering your credit/debit card details in our secure checkout. That’s all there is to it, within a few minutes you will receive an email confirming your order and once your model is in stock, we will despatch it to you and debit your chosen payment card.

Please Note: We recommend that Back-Orders are not combined on the same order as ‘In Stock’ models.


IMPORTANT NOTES:

• We don’t require any payment at the time of back-ordering. All we need is for you to register your credit/debit cards details with us, no payment will be collected until your model is in stock. We regret we can not accept PayPal as payment in advance for back-orders.
• Prices quoted for all back-ordered models are correct as at the time of ordering, however, we do reserve the right to amend these in line with any changes made by the manufacturer or our suppliers.
• Quoted restock/re-release dates are provided by the manufactures, they are not confirmed dates nor promises and may change. This is completely beyond our control and we will not be held responsible for any delays. However, we will do our best to keep you informed of major changes.
• Very occasionally, manufacturers may have reduced their production quotas for a model and thus also reduce our allocation of that model. In such rare circumstances we will always seek to fulfil our customers back-orders, but regrettably may have to reduce or cancel some orders.
• Shipping charges quoted on your back-order invoice are based on all models on that invoice being shipped together. If you choose to have your models despatched as soon as they are in stock, shipping will be charged at the appropriate rate applicable at the time of despatch.
• If you no longer wish to receive your models, it would be appreciated if you could let us know as soon as possible. We do reserve the right to charge customers an administration fee on orders they cancel prior to despatch. This amount will be 25% of our current selling price of the model cancelled, subject to a minimum of £5.00 and a maximum of £25.00.
• FINALLY: Please let us know if any of your contact or payment details change before your order is fulfilled.
